Hi all...I know I am a day early but I wanted to make sure and get this written. We have just returned home from the first Christmas. We always get together on Christmas eve. with Doug's immediate family. Usually near lunch time and fill up...not only on good food, but lots of gifts and fun too. We always break in time for those needing to head out to their own Christmas eve. evening events.
In the past week, we have made lots of goodies, butchered and processed a steer, and have dropped off lots of goodies to friends and neighbors. This morning Erik was our elf and delivered the last few items that needed to be taken out.
We will go this evening to our church's Christmas eve. program. We will be singing with the choir for two songs. Then will sit to hear the service. No dancing this time for those who know what that means...:)!! Should be a nice time.
When we return home we will open our Christmas eve gift that we always open. We always get the kids a new pair of pajama's each year for a picture in front of the Christmas tree.
Well...you are up to date with us...we do wish you ALL a Merry CHRISTmas.
~Be blessed dear friends and be safe.~
And a wonderful merry CHRISTmas to you all as well!
