Today we will be cutting the new seeding for the second time. Erik did a great job sowing the field this spring and it has turned out great. So, today we will get to smell the wonderful scents fresh mowed hay gives off. The only downfall is it is at my parents so we won't get to enjoy it overnight.
Yesterday we had our church picnic, everyone had a great time. Katie and I walked to the picnic. It was only about 1 3/4 miles away but was a great time and good conversation.

I love how fresh hay smells! Dad is cutting one of our fields right now and I think I'll have to walk over there and take a few nice deep breaths and enjoy that wonderful aroma. :)
